Delete your portal account

You can initiate permanent deletion directly in the ModFlowX Client Portal:

1. Sign in with your verified company email.
2. Open your profile in the upper-right corner.
3. Select My account, then Delete portal account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your access is disabled immediately and the deletion request is recorded for final processing. Identity and uploaded portal content are deleted unless retention is required for contractual, engineering-safety, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. Records that must be retained are isolated and no longer available through the account.

If you cannot sign in, email raul.iramain@modflowx.com from your registered company email and include your name and company.
