Privacy Policy

ModFlowX provides a secure business workspace for authenticated customers. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the ModFlowX Client Portal website or mobile application.
Information we process
- Account and company information, including your name, verified company email, company name, and account identifier.
- Technical files and content that you choose to upload, including photographs, drawings, PDFs, spreadsheets, CAD files, 3D models, notes, and quotation requests.
- Engineering and operating inputs that you enter or that the portal extracts for your review, including dimensions, pressure class, materials, fluid, flow, pressure, temperature, and solids data.
- Security and diagnostic information, including session events, device/browser information, an approximate country or region derived from network data, and masked or one-way network identifiers.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, isolate each company workspace, identify parts, display 3D models, prepare engineering simulations, manage projects and documents, process quotation requests through the private ModFlowX CRM, protect the service, and provide customer support.
Service providers and sharing
ModFlowX uses infrastructure and authentication services including Vercel and Google Firebase. Information is shared only as needed to operate, secure, and support the portal, comply with law, or complete a customer-requested commercial workflow. We do not sell personal information and do not use portal data for third-party advertising.
Files, commercial data, and confidentiality
Customer files and quotation requests are scoped to the authenticated company account. Historical pricing, manufacturing costs, margins, and internal formulas remain inside the private ModFlowX CRM and are not stored in or delivered to the client application.
Retention and security
We retain account, project, quotation, and engineering records for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, and protect business records. We use authenticated sessions, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, and server-side access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and account deletion
You may review and delete your own uploaded files inside the portal. You may initiate deletion of your portal account from My account in the application. You may also review the public account deletion instructions. Some transaction or engineering records may be retained where required by contract, safety, or law.
